Hawaiian Swordfish with Orange, Honey and Soy

4  6-ounce Hawaiian Swordfish Steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)
1/2 cup Sendik’s Fresh Squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup Kallas honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder and ginger in 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish and stir. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper on both sides to taste. Add fish to marinade and turn to coat. Let marinate at room temperature for 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Prepare your grill for medium heat. Remove fish from marinade and set aside. Transfer marinade to sauce pan and boil for one minute. Place fish onto oiled grate and cook until just opaque in center, basting occasionally with marinade, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer fish to plates and drizzle with remaining marinade. Serve with fresh vegetables and brown rice.
