1. Tear organic basil leaves and place in the bottom of a shaker. Pour in one ounce of simple syrup and muddle together. Add 2 ounces of fresh pineapple juice into the cocktail shaker. Add one cup of ice. Pour two ounces of Ocean Vodka over the ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a basil leaf.
