Return Policy

Sendik’s Fine Foods accepts returns of unopened items purchased at our store within 14 days of purchase. All returns require proof of purchase in the form of a paper or digital receipt. Returns will normally be refunded to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase and are subject to the discretion of store management. We do not accept returns without a receipt. The return value of any item purchased using a coupon will be reduced by the value of the coupon.

For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns of perishable items except for quality issues. Perishable items returned for quality issues must be accompanied by a receipt, and the return must be made within five days of purchase.

The following items may not be returned:

• Alcoholic beverages
• Tobacco products
• Infant formula
• Books and magazines
• Gift cards
• Excessive quantities of over purchased merchandise
• Special order merchandise
• Items marked clearance or final sale
