Pork Loin Back Ribs
DOWNLOADWe Have What You'll Need:
- 1 package of pork loin back ribs, slab
- ½ tsp Lawry’s season salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper, coarse ground
- ½-1 cup of BBQ sauce of choice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 340 degrees. Cut several holes in the membrane on the back of the ribs. Cut slab in half if needed to fit into baking pan. Sprinkle salt on both sides of the ribs. Put the slabs in the baking pan and tightly cover with foil. Bake at 340 degrees for at least 1-1/2 hours or until it’s done. Take off the foil, add the BBQ sauce, and bake for another 20-30 minutes without the foil.
Let sit for a few minutes before slicing and enjoy!
